I was lucky to get refund in a day.
I wrote a review with one star as I was unable to find refund for a delivery that gone missing over 15 days. Couldn’t find a refund tab either. After a day of search and click suddenly I was directed to a human agent. He said he would arrange refund that would take max 15 days. But with a big surprise I got the refund just after a day. 5 star for refund. May be I am lucky.

I ordered goods on 06012023 and have had no correspondence from this company. I did email the company regarding not receiving the items, but they are not answering my queries. looking for some response or a full refund.

What an absolute scam of business
What an absolute scam of business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!! They sell utter rubbish. Fake, damaged goods and no chance of a full refund. Nothing but crooks!! In my experience, they asked me NOT to return the item when I asked for a refund, said later that I did not request a FULL refund. Seriously??? I know of no-one who wants anything else when a refund request is asked for, and then 3 months later, they requested I destroy the item and send them a video showing this. I'm stunned beyond belief. Never heard the like of it. I binned the piece of s%#t as soon as they asked me not to return it as I had sent them photos of the state of the item. STAY CLEAR!!!! Chinese tat and they're making a fortune out of it!!

Utter crap, unwearable quality and horrendous customer service … keep your money and avoid these thieving cowboys!
avoid at all costs
Ordered some items late November and delivery was quicker than expected, however the quality of the products is sooo so poor - the TikTok 'influencers' promoting their stuff should be ashamed. Have tried so many times to get a refund and so far have only received a partial refund (at 10% of what I should be entitled to). The customer service is shocking and this 'company' should be sued for the amount of false advertising and poor service they are providing. I wish so much I had read these reviews before purchasing items, as once they take your money, you have zero chance of getting it back.

Worst company ever! I ordered a load of clothes for them to turn up so thin that you can see right through the jumpers. I ordered a bag that stinks of fish . Trying to get hold of them is just a waste of time. There impossible ! Then when you do your still waiting days for anything to happen. Been waiting 4 days just for them to decide If I'm eligible for a partial refund.! The take at least 5pound off everything you've ordered for the refund! Absolute joke of a "company"

Only give partial refunds !!! I sent back two items because the quality looked awful. Sent them photos of the products they requested, waited for approval only to receive a partial refund !! (50% refunded) ridiculous

If I could leave zero stars I would ordered almost 3 weeks ago said delivered when home parcel was delivered but only to find 3 items missing can’t contact or get reply definitely won’t be using again!!!

Worst company ever parcel said delivered even when the parcel company owned up to the sat nav not even being on my street at the time of delivery sent all proof still no refund or any correspondence after messaging them numerous of times! £70 down the pan do not order from them!

Do not order of Sara mart. This company is horrendous! No items, no refund, no reply back. Please save your money, especially if youv bought Christmas presents like I have.
This company is a complete joke
This company is a complete joke. I’ve ordered two parcels and on both occasions the sender has failed to add the house number to my delivery address. This has resulted in both parcels being returned overseas. The problem I am facing now is that the status of my parcel has stayed as being ‘returned overseas’ therefore I can’t even reply for a refund on the missing parcels. I have emailed the uk customer services and no one has acknowledged my email. I’ve also sent wats app messages, they have the audacity to reply back after 12 hours then if you do not reply after 8 minutes they close the conversation and the whole debacle starts again. I’d avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy being mentally tormented if things go wrong.
Missing parcel since 8th October
Missing parcel since 8th October, royal mail have confirmed that saramart didn't put my house number on the parcel so they wasnt able to deliver it, it was birthday presents off my other half so as you can imagine I was very upset.
